Our Story

Mirthful Maintenance was created because I had to ask the question of where I want to be in 20 years. The answer I gave myself was not what anyone expected. I do not want to be a head custodian all my life. I started out as a Head custodian about 9 years ago at a elementary and have since progressed up thru the ranks so to speak to where I am currently at a high school! I love my job, but I do not want to do it until retirement. I want to see the world and get to know new people. I have finally decided to achieve my goals I needed to make a change. The end goal is to provide an honest service that helps others and allows me to get to meet new people, grow and see places I would not normally get to see. I know that is a little self-centered but true! In 20 years, I want to be able to retire from my current full-time job and do handyman work on the side to offset my income. I really enjoy working with my hands and being able to make something out of nothing. Why not use the skills I have learned at my current job help me achieve my goals. Mirthful stands for joyous; cheerful; jolly; merry. These are words many people I know would describe as me. Mirthful Maintenance was created in 2024. I am excited for this journey to begin and I sincerely hope you will want to join me!
